We are proud to announce the completion of our most recent project… the KGET TV-17 News set. Bakersfield & Kern County’s premiere local news network recently underwent a huge remodel to update what was already a great set and we were fortunate enough to help them out with the glass-work. Along with table-top glass to protect their brand new surface, we worked closely with KGET to design and manufacture the beautiful glass wall, with TV-17 logo, that you see behind their highly awarded news talent. Morning, Noon, Evening and Late Night… this project will be seen more often, and by more people, than any other we’ve completed so far. Hello, and welcome to the new and exciting Kern Glass blog. Bakersfield’s premiere Glass, Aluminum, Door & Hardware company (located in Old Town Kern, just off of Baker and around the corner from Alta Vista) is now online and eager to answer any of your construction and remodeling questions.
Around here we have one thing on our minds… and that’s glass. Well, glass and doors… and hardware… and moldings… and mirrors… and shower enclosures. Okay, we have more on our minds that just glass, but I promise you we have a great deal of knowledge with all of our products. And with the over 60 years of experience in Kern county and the Bakersfield area at our disposal I will make the solemn promise that if you have a problem, and it falls within our vast scope of knowledge, we will get you an answer. We have a multitude of local contractors, architects and builders that come to us for answers on a regular basis… I suppose that makes us Kern County’s expert’s expert.
So there you have it, we are experienced… we’re right here in Bakersfield… know a thing or two… and are now at your virtual fingertips. Let’s have some fun!
